Wisconsin Voices is Hiring
Wisconsin Voices is seeking a full-time Voter Registration Quality Control Coordinator and Voter Registration Campaign Manager.
Voter Registration Quality Control Coordinator will administer Blocks & the Wisconsin Voter App, the database that we use to track voter registration & the app we use to complete voter registration in Wisconsin.* The primary roles of this position are a) to help administer the Blocks database and manage the quality control process which includes tracking and verifying voter registration data, and b) supporting the manager in a smooth interaction of the Wisconsin Voter App and Blocks. This role will also have a leading role in maintaining our voter registration data and training, and supporting our partner organizations as they use Blocks and other tools and technology to improve the efficacy of their voter registration work. This position reports to the Data and Program Director. Salary: $40,000-48,000 annually along with a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more. Voter Registration Campaign Manager will assist Wisconsin Voices partners in conducting non-partisan voter registration programs that meet the highest possible standards. This position is also responsible for maintaining relationships with organizations engaging in non-partisan civic engagement in communities of color. The primary roles of this position are a) overall program alignment and statewide coordination, b) conduct trainings, field visits and check ins, and c) be the liaison between our national partner, Everybody Votes, Wisconsin Voices, and its partners. The position reports to the Data and Program Director and works in conjunction with the Voter Registration Database Administrator. Salary: $50,000- $62,000 Annually along with a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more. Voces de la Frontera is seeking a Madison Organizer. Wisconsin Conservation Voters is Hiring
Wisconsin Conservation Voices is seeking a Civic Engagement Director who has experience in program management and nonpartisan voter registration, and a passion for voter access. This person will initially help develop a 2020 campaign of voter engagement that focuses on voter registration, education, and access in traditionally underrepresented communities. America Votes Wisconsin is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as Deputy State Director. The Wisconsin deputy state director plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement in the state and is responsible for the year-round coordination and alignment of electoral, organizing, advocacy and policy work among partners and allies. The position works directly with the America Votes team in Wisconsin, as well as dozens of progressive partners and allies with the state’s progressive movement. This position reports directly to the Wisconsin state director. Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience, $65,000 – $75,000.
