Wisconsin Voices is seeking a full-time candidates for the following positions:
Voter Registration Quality Control Coordinator will administer Blocks & the Wisconsin Voter App, the database that we use to track voter registration & the app we use to complete voter registration in Wisconsin.* The primary roles of this position are a) to help administer the Blocks database and manage the quality control process which includes tracking and verifying voter registration data, and b) supporting the manager in a smooth interaction of the Wisconsin Voter App and Blocks. This role will also have a leading role in maintaining our voter registration data and training, and supporting our partner organizations as they use Blocks and other tools and technology to improve the efficacy of their voter registration work. This position reports to the Data and Program Director. Salary: $40,000-48,000 annually along with a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more. Voter Registration Campaign Manager will assist Wisconsin Voices partners in conducting non-partisan voter registration programs that meet the highest possible standards. This position is also responsible for maintaining relationships with organizations engaging in non-partisan civic engagement in communities of color. The primary roles of this position are a) overall program alignment and statewide coordination, b) conduct trainings, field visits and check ins, and c) be the liaison between our national partner, Everybody Votes, Wisconsin Voices, and its partners. The position reports to the Data and Program Director and works in conjunction with the Voter Registration Database Administrator. Salary: $50,000- $62,000 annually along with a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more. The ideal person should have a creative and curious approach to social media, and a background in managing social media accounts with a data driven approach. Candidates should have deep, proven roots in the social media sphere and understand how to disseminate content for maximum impact. Salary: $44,000 -$52,000, depending on experience, along with a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more.. Partner Digital Manager will lead our digital capacity building work in 2020 with a diverse set of social impact organizations. The work will be building and maintaining alliances among key organizers and digital staff alongside a set of national partners and trainers in order to get voter impact and increased subscriptions for groups on the ground. ● Work with state and national partners on scalable digital impact programs and platform experimentation.
● Generate opportunities to identify and engage campaign supporters and drive measurable online actions through alerts, infographics, key messages, etc.
● Use social media and texting programs to maximize digital list building.
● Deepen supporters’ sense of identity and involvement with our work, including both online and offline engagement.
● Understand and apply data analytics to improve the effectiveness of the work.
● Strong background in social content development and organic dissemination.
● Experience working with online advertising: Facebook, Google Adwords, Twitter, DSPs, etc.
● Demonstrated experience managing digital media
● Fluency in social media performance metrics and insights.
Salary and Benefits: Base salary is $38,000 – $47,000 per year, and experience and aptitude will be taken into consideration for negotiating salary. This is a full-time, salaried position funded
through the end of 2020 with potential to be continued through 2021. Wisconsin Voices employees receive the following benefits: 3 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, 80 paid sick hours, 401K, partial cell phone reimbursement, mileage and expense reimbursement for required travel, and health, vision, and dental insurance.

Voces de la Frontera is seeking a Madison Organizer. This person will identify, recruit, train, mentor and motivate Madison Voces members to engage and participate in the organization goals, visions and campaign work as well as bring in other leaders, plan and coordinate monthly membership meetings, and organize committee members to meet goals for recruitment and outreach protocol. Wisconsin Conservation Voters is Hiring
Wisconsin Conservation Voices is seeking a Civic Engagement Director who has experience in program management and nonpartisan voter registration, and a passion for voter access. This person will initially help develop a 2020 campaign of voter engagement that focuses on voter registration, education, and access in traditionally underrepresented communities. After 2020, the Civic Engagement Director will work with other Wisconsin Conservation Voices staff and partners to develop a democracy and voting rights agenda and improve voter access in Wisconsin.
